New video board for Malone Stadium will be the centerpiece of new scoreboards on stadiums

MALONE STADIUM – Warhawk fans will have something new to look forward to this upcoming athletics season. New scoreboards will be installed for the baseball and softball stadiums, and soccer complex, along with a new scoreboard/video display for Malone Stadium.

The new scoreboard for Malone will feature the second largest on-campus HD video board in the state, and is the second to be installed at a North Louisiana college in the past two years (following Louisiana Tech). Featuring a pixel size of fifteen millimeters, the board will also include 450 square feet of video advertising space. “This is a project that will certainly add to in-game experience of our fans as well as that of our student-athletes,” athletic director Bobby Staub said.

Also included in the announcement were new scoreboards for soccer, softball, and baseball.
