The couple entertains the media, and both celebrities make more headlines as their relationship continues. It is disheartening that Swift’s popularity stems from her relationships rather than her talent as an artist. Swift deserves to be recognized for her accomplishments, not just her publicized relationships.

 Swift’s fans, also known as Swifties, need to pay more attention to her music, charity and love for her fans.
According to the Tampa and Silicon food bank, Swift donated money during her Eras Tour, providing food for over 600,000 people. The donation received little to no attention from Swifties, who instead focused on analyzing the singer’s relationship with NFL star Travis Kelce. 
Billboard reported that Swift awarded her truck drivers $100k each, equaling $5 million. Swifties should celebrate the singer’s generosity, but their excessive focus on her romantic life detracts from her achievements. 
The love that Swift’s fans have for her is undeniable; however, Swifties need to learn boundaries. The public should shift attention to Swift’s accomplishments and performances as opposed to her relationships.
