This summer many of us are facing a lot of the same problems. One of the biggest is acne. Whether you have a few blemishes or more than you can handle, there are things you can do to try and help your skin.
The simplest trick is water. Water is very important to all things concerning your body, including your skin. It helps remove toxins from the body, as well as moisturize the skin.
The second tip is to use a three-step system consisting of a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. The cleanser will help get down to the pores and remove impurities. The toner will help fade out scars and provide extra cleaning. The moisturizer will help restore the oil balance of your skin and keep it from drying out during the day. If possible, get a moisturizer with SPF in it to further protect your skin from the sun. If these steps aren’t helping, then you should go see a dermatologist, and the doctor can prescribe a medicine that is stronger than what you can get over the counter.
Another problem many girls face is hair-dye nightmares. When coloring your hair, you should assess how healthy your hair is. You don’t want to go too many levels lighter than it already is, especially if your hair is dark. Consult a professional if you are unsure about a color choice.
If you are bleaching your hair then you need to make sure you keep it very moisturized to keep it from breaking off. If your color choice does not come out as wanted, then you can purchase a color corrector from your local beauty supply or go see a professional.
Do not immediately dye over it, as this may cause damage. Instead, you can purchase a temporary rinse that will sit on the hair shaft until you can get further help.
