Adults need 7 to 8 hours of sleep a night to feel rested. Staying warm and getting a good night’s rest helps your body by giving it energy to fight off germs.

Rubbing your hands together with soap for at least 20 seconds should rid your hands of most of the germs. Always keep alcohol based hand sanitizer with you, and use it continuously.
