Overhead lighting is costly. It also provides no benefit other than potentially better lighting than back-lit lights. Personally, overhead lighting gives me one too many migraines.

The U.S. Constitution should be rewritten. The country is ever-changing, making a 300-year-old document irrelevant. We need to include for all groups in the constitution.
