MONROE, LA – The ULM Warhawks’ tennis team won their season opener against McNeese State in a dominant fashion, 6-1. The only point for McNeese State came in an intrasquad matchup with MSU’s Marcella Castaldi defeating Isabella Rocher, also of McNeese State.
No. 88-ranked Vivian Polak went 6-2 and 6-0 in singles, and 8-6 in doubles with Ema Turudija.
The Warhawks return to Heard Stadium on Sunday to face off against Alcorn State at 1:30 PM.
