Monroe Police arrested a man believed to be the suspect in the recent sexual assault cases.
Terresz L. Robinson, 34 of Monroe, was arrested by Monroe Police detectives and booked into OCC yesterday on two charges of forcible rape, attempted kidnapping, carjacking and failure to pay a fine.
In the arrest affidavit, Robinson told officers that he uses PCP and didn’t remember raping anyone.
Robinson has a history of domestic violence and drug use.
